The Haunted Mirror

Once, a girl named Lily saw something very scary. It all started when she was looking for something in the basement and found an old seen but very beautiful mirror. She was very amazed that it was in such good state. She thought 'the interior of my house will look good with this.' But she didn't know that the mirror would be the cause of her very painful death.

One night she heard screaming from the room in which the mirror was kept. She ignored it for quite a few days. One day she noticed that the sound was coming at exactly 3 am. Lit Lily was curious to know what it was so she decided to go to the room at 3 am. Lily hesitated and decided to just take a quick glance of the room.

She looked inside the room and at that same moment the sound stopped. Lily looked at her phone to check the time and saw that it was 1 minute past 3 am. She thought 'I guess it's too late' but death awaited her. She went back to her bedroom and was sleeping in no time.

Days passed, and Lily was no longer interested in the sound. For her, it was a part of her daily routine. The more the days passed, the closer she came to her death.

One night, the screaming was too loud and Lily couldn't sleep all night. The next morning, there was a small crack in the mirror. As the days passed the screaming got louder and the crack grew bigger. Lily got used to it.

On the weekend, Lily decided to throw out the mirror. That night Lily didn't hear the screaming. She thought 'let me drink some water before sleeping' Lily went to the kitchen and drank some water and she suddenly heard a loud noise which sounded like something had broken. She was very scared and checked every room. She saw that the mirror had been completely shattered.

She noticed a black figure at the end of the room. There was complete silence. Lily had fainted. When Lily was awake, she saw that she was sitting on the floor of the room with the black figure in front of her. The figure was trying to say something but it didn't have a face. It took a piece of glass and cut Lily's hand. Lily thought she was dreaming but when the dark figure cut her hand, she knew it was real. Then it wrote something with Lily's blood on the floor.

The note said 'I was killed by a mirror ghost, too, if I don't kill you somebody else will, I have no choice'. Lily asked the dark figure if she will also be a mirror ghost if she dies. The ghost wrote "Yes, and you will also be stuck inside the mirror until you kill someone the same way you'll be killed". Then, the ghost took a big piece of glass and..... silence.

She was dead. Lily had turned into a black figure. She was stuck inside the mirror. There was no one in the room. The next month when the landlord had come to collect rent from Lily, he realized what had happened and cleaned the house and kept the mirror in the basement.

No one knows where the mirror is. Maybe, it's in your house and you're the next victim. Remember, you never know!
